SPORTJUS is a not-for profit civil association – founded in accordance with Act no. II of 1989 -, created for the protection of the interests of the sport profession, and for giving advice, promoting education and offering legal protection within the Hungarian Sport Law Association, and furthermore to elaborate theoretical and practical issues, and carry out professional and scientific work with an aim to get sport law accepted as a separate branch of law. Its operation extends to all of the territory of Hungary.
